⚠ Protect yourself from rental scams

Our homes are rented only through Mubarak and its owners. If anyone else offers to rent you one of our homes, or asks you for money, it's a scam. Don't pay them.

Viewings are not occupancy

A scheduled viewing lets you see the home with us. It is not permission to stay, move in, or store belongings. Anyone occupying a Mubarak home without a signed lease is trespassing and will be reported to the authorities.

Screening criteria

Every applicant is reviewed using the same criteria:

Pet policy: No dogs allowed. Assistance animals are welcome as required by law.

An eviction record or credit score alone will never be the only reason we decline an application. If we can't approve your application, we'll tell you why in writing.
